We are a company specializing in the sale of fine and rare spirits. We have recenlty received a collection of alcohol that was once owned by the famous American newspaper and magazine editor, Frank Munsey. This collection of very rare spirits came directly from the Mohican Hotel, which was owned and run driectly by Mr. Munsey. The hotel closed in the 1930's and these bottles were recently discovered in Mr. Munsey's home in a cellar that was hidden behind a false wall.
This cellar has bottles ranging in age from the mid-19th century up to and before the 1920's and the start of prohibition in the United States. This very rare collection consists of bottles such as 1847 Old Antiqua Rum, 1910 Bacardi Rum, 1915 St. Croix Rum, 1895 Oxygenee Absinthe, 1905 Bazinet Absinthe, 1880 Sir John Powers Whisky, 1840 Hivert-Pellevoisin Cognac etc.
The list of rare and historic bottles is available upon request. Please feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions or would like to view our current inventory.
